Iv never been as unhappy and mad at the same time with a product. I bought a Dyson v10 hoover and had nothing but problems from the start tried taking it back but Argos wouldn’t contacted Dyson and the sent me the part 4 times then took it to repair and it always still did the same thing. They told me they’d replace the hoover and Iv all proof of everything and an email saying they dispatched a new one but couldn’t track it. Then making me wait 10 days to find they want mine back to fix. Iv had no hoover for a few weeks and the customer service is appalling and full of lies to make you think there sorting it. I even contacted trading standards and they said they had to refund as they had chances. I’m totally sick of them and contacted a head person in Dyson to no response. Us customers spend big money on your products and yous don’t give on S:!? Disgusted and will never buy another product from you’s again. I also have extended paid warranty and still nothing. So anyone wanting a Dyson think twice.
