The first few lip sync videos, ranging from 10 to 20 seconds, went smoothly and I was thrilled with the final outcome. However, things quickly deteriorated. The video featured only two characters, with just one meant to speak, yet I received two versions where both characters' mouths moved. This resulted in being charged credits for unusable content. On another occasion, a 20-second video that should have taken 20 to 30 minutes to produce was still not complete after 3 hours, prompting me to cancel the job. Unfortunately, credits are not refunded for canceled jobs, even when the issue is on their side. When everything works, it’s excellent, but it fails too often, leading to credit losses.
