Amazon fees were killing my margins. E Cashflow built a Walmart store for me instead. Less competition, lower fees, and the team handles everything. We're seeing consistent sales with healthy margins. The diversification across TikTok Shop and eBay is a nice bonus. Wish I'd made the switch sooner.
