I would be very cautious when filing your taxes using e-file. It is not transparent at all the additional fees you will be charged to use this service. I used my cellphone to file and would not recommend. I will definitely use H&R Block in the future. Paying for a service is not what I have a problem with. Being charged additional fees is not good business practice. Be very aware that the promotion codes did not work either and I was charged full price for deluxe package and an additional $39.99 for opting to have the funds taken out of my return. I nowhere saw an additional fee for this option. Not a good experience. Andrea Stoyle-Shields
