I didn’t receive the service I paid for. I opted for express overnight delivery. However, the package arrived three days later than expected, after I had already left the delivery address. If overnight delivery wasn’t possible, I should have been informed to avoid wasting my money. Typically, when services advertise overnight delivery, they actually deliver on time. In this case, the express option functioned just like regular mail. Who will compensate me for not receiving the service I paid for?
