I strongly advise against using this company! I placed an order in early November for Christmas, and now it's Christmas Eve with no delivery in sight! They refuse to issue a refund! The item was Christmas pajamas, which are now pointless. I've been waiting for 7 weeks for something I ordered well in advance! It's ridiculous, and their lack of support is infuriating. I feel like I've wasted my money and will never receive this item. Their service is terrible and seems to be a scam.
