I only gave one star because I can't go any lower. I paid via PayPal for an item and was charged extra. What’s going on? I still haven't received my package over a month later. I've sent numerous emails with no response or refund. PayPal is also unhelpful. I paid for something that never arrived, and I'm still waiting.
