I strongly advise against using this service! I placed an order in early November for Christmas, and now it's Christmas Eve with no delivery in sight! They refuse to provide a refund. The items are Christmas pajamas, so what's the use now? I've been told to just wait for the delivery, but after 7 weeks of waiting for something I ordered well in advance, this is absurd! There's been no assistance at all; I've wasted my money and will likely never receive the item. It feels like a scam with no real support. Avoid this service!
