Plumber was supposed to arrive between 12pm and 4pm but didn't show up until after 5pm, only to tell me it was too late to do the job.Plumber told me he would come back the next day but I had to call the office multiple times to get another appointment several days later. When I was invoiced they charged me £90 just for the first time he showed up and did nothing, saying he had "assessed the job".Giving two stars because the problem did get fixed when the guy finally showed up on time, but very poor service otherwise, avoid unless you want your time wasted and to be overcharged.
