I purchased two 20 TB NAS drives, and both were non-functional upon arrival. I returned them in perfect condition, but after four weeks, I was told no refund would be issued because the manufacturer claimed there were mechanical dents (where?). I strongly recommend avoiding this service. In my 40 years in tech, I've never faced such an issue.
