I bought two 20 TB NAS drives, and both were non-functional. I returned them in perfect condition, but after four weeks, I was told no refund would be issued due to claimed mechanical dents (where?). I strongly advise against this service. In nearly 40 years in tech, I've never dealt with anything like this.
