I have never been so dissatisfied by a virtual card service as I have been with e.pn lately. Why will they refuse to refund my money if they can no longer provide acceptable service? It is better to close than to remain open and allow people to sign up for your services. My $50 has been with them for over a month now and they keep saying the bank has not responded. Mind you, I did business with e.pn, not the bank, and it is none of my business if the bank does not respond to you guys. My account is fully verified, and I use those caerd for freelancing services, fiverr, and facebook, so why are they holding my money?
