I placed my first order and was really pleased with how quickly it was shipped. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. I received an email saying Evri had delivered my parcel with a “proof of delivery,” but the photo was just a black screen. I contacted Evri, but they said it wasn’t their problem.I then tried reaching out to the company no one was available on live chat, they didn’t respond to any of my emails, and they won’t answer phone calls. At this point, I’m out £29 with no product and no support. Extremely disappointed with the service and lack of responsibility from both the courier and the company!!!
