I was delivered the complete wrong cologne. They gave me one with a name starting with the same letters but not the actual name. I have been trying to contact customer support to get my issue fixed but haven't been able to get hold of anyone.I've called, emailed and put in a support request.*Update:*I managed to get in contact via their WhatsApp number after nothing else worked.They were very helpful and sent a replacement. Evri was then incapable of delivering it for some reason so they gave me a refund.I changed my rating from 1 to 4 stars due to the good customer support. Just a shame I had issues in the first place.
