I placed an order at the end of January, I received notification that my package was on the way to my house via EVRI but I at work so diverted it to a local click and collect shop, I was still tracking it and was informed it was out for delivery I waited a few days then went to the shop who informed me that they don't collect diverted packages. I then contacted EVRI who told me to contact the seller so they could receive the package back, I did so via their website, WhatsApp and via email no response.Eventually after over 3 weeks now February got a contact number and was informed they would contact EVRI and was given an apology for them not responding to my emails, I was told they contacted EVRI and it would be on the way, that didn't happen so I called again on the 20/2/24 and was told I would get a refund they also sent email on the 21/02/24 saying refund on the way as of yet I haven't received it.I had done a review before and removed it as I spoke to someone who apologised, so I felt ok no need to write a review I been checking my account no refund received and no email or telephone call from E& A.I ordered from them many times times with no issues I'm highly disappointed at their customer service to the point I won't order from them again!!!
