Their tenant support is non-existent, you'll spend so much time waiting on the phone line to sort the smallest issues, their repair crew only attends an appointment if Saturn aligns with Mercury, both are in retrograde, the repairman's cat had salmon for lunch, the temperature is exactly 13.5 degrees and you haven't thought of the white elephant for a week and a half. It would be jokes, it's just not funny.
