I have been a tenant since 1984. I am registered disabled and vulnerable, and I am a pensioner. I have been without the use of the only toilet on the property for 5 days, and had 5 different "repairs" people come to "fix" the issue, only to be told that they didn't have the right tools, or that they weren't the right team. I am put on hold for at least an hour every time I call. The customer service team are unsympathetic, with no sense of urgency or care. Because of the anxiety and worry of not being able to use the toilet, and being a renal patient, I have ended up in hospital because I have had not had use of a toilet. Ealing council, and the people they contract their repairs too, see and speak to us like third class citizens, have no sense of care, professionalism or duty. The 'Manager', who I have no clue of, has been "told about the situation and is dealing with it". Thank you for nothing, Ealing council, I am back in hospital due to your utter lack of care
