They issue £500 solicitors letters at the drop of a hat, or ‘forfeiture of lease’ demands if you’re slightly late with your payments. I don’t know how they sleep at night, they’re a nasty company with no heart. If you’re buying a flat and this company is in anyway involved, walk away, they are ruthless in their love of getting their hands on your hard earned cash. Money grabbing bunch of cowboys.
