I started learning Arabic from zero with Muhammad 1-on-1 in-person in Alexandria. He is patient, friendly, and engaging. The curriculum and textbook is well-organized. The instruction is practical and well-rounded and gets you reading, writing, and doing some basic conversation quickly.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته,My teacher, Mohamed Elaraby, has been a crucial stepping stone in my journey to learning Arabic. Seeking this knowledge from him is something which I am privileged to do, as he is a teacher and even a friend. His ways of teaching is very adaptive and gives you exactly what you need to learn Arabic very fast as long as you put in the time yourself outside of classes. His notes are concise and not only that he is able to allocate some time to other islamic studies i.e memorisation of quran/hadith’s, which compliments the class all the more. I have been to previous classes which cover nahw/ safw but have felt like I have made the most progress, as this class is much more flexible and online. The only thing I wish is that it was in person.
My kids and I are American born with roots from India and my husband being native to Egypt. We worked hard to teach our kids what we could but needed a program where the kids could have flexibility to learn Arabic. The kids spent an amazing 2 months learning 4 days a week in person and had a xhance to go around to the club and the market to use the Arabic they learned. They finished level 1 in the 2 months with my eldest really shining and feeling confident to speak each day. He was able to communicate with the uber driver and go to the store to buy and pay for items on his own. (He is 12 years of age.) What did the class look like ?- starts with a review with all the kdis together; then split each kid gets their one on one lesson and then end of class was review all together- the teacher had many online games which helped my younger two who are 7 and 6 years of age The patience that the teacher has was admirable, her flexibility to timing was another amazing quality. We hope to continue with her online as we came back to our normal routine. We were so lucky to have her as our teacher. I would like the online portal to be more organized with folders so we can see exactly what to do for each child. I think this is something that needs a bit more work and emphasis from the administration team as our teacher did everything in her power to help us organize. Our experience was such face to face and we hope to see the same if not better quality of learning as we experiment with online learning.Very happy with our experience.
My 7yr old is newly learning to read and memorise the Holy Quran with Mrs Nafisah. I am so surprised and happy with how much she has already learnt in just a few weeks! Mrs Nafisah is an excellent teacher, my daughter has grommets so her hearing isn’t very good but Mrs Nafisah is always so patient and kind to her, she looks forward to her lessons every week! Thank you so much for all your help Mrs Nafisah.
This is an excellent school for learning the arabic language and to recite the Quran. The teachers are highly qualified and are very patient with the students. I would highly recommend this school especially to the western students of knowledge and anyone wishing to learn.
