I was informed it would take about a week to find available test cancellations, but I ended up signing up with another company that provided consistent updates and found me a suitable date within 48 hours. When I reached out to inquire about my payment and to cancel due to lack of service, I was instructed to email them, but my email bounced back. I tried contacting them via messaging but was told my payment was pending and again directed to email them. Unfortunately, I doubt I'll get my money back. I cannot recommend this service, and I urge potential customers to heed the negative feedback. Other reputable companies can provide the service you are paying for. Additionally, I have evidence to support my claims against the misleading statements made by the company regarding refunds and communications.
