My order for Baroque dances for recorder wasn’t sent until 10 weeks after the order. I had to inquire about it 3 times and no one followed through. Eventually it was sent without any apology or explanation for the long wait. A quick email of explanation and apology earlier in the transaction would have made all the difference to me as a customer. Communication is the key !
