I hit a snag on the layout of my Christmas photo book. I reached out to Daniel who had been working with me during the final touches. He was very positive and patient every step of the way. This was the best part of my experience with the company. It is like having a private printing company at my fingertips! Daniel made all the necessary adjustments and even contacted me to verify my choice for background design. I am thrilled with the book I received. They offered a ton of options for customizing the cover of the book and to go through and edit each individual page myself (with some pre-set templates/layouts that were helpful). When I submitted the book, customer service was very helpful in confirming the details of what I wanted and updating me on the shipping status. I was also impressed with how quickly the book arrived (much faster than other services I've seen) with a relatively comparable price.
I recently purchased my first FlipChap book and was very impressed with the end to end experience! I was looking for a photo book with a linen cover and couldn't find many photo book providers that had what I was looking for. It was super easy to add photos and text and design the book exactly as I wanted. When I ran into some issues, I used the chatbox on the website and immediately received help from a very responsive and helpful customer service agent who continued to follow up via email to make sure I was taken care of. Overall, excellent customer service and was super happy with the finished product which arrived a couple weeks ago. Five stars!
I have made several books with Flipchap and highly recommend them. First and foremost, their customer service is excellent. They offer Chat which is always helpful but if it's not available, you will get a response to your question very quickly. The books I made were lay-flat HD and they came out beautifully. Flipchap offers so many options for covers and layouts. Making a custom book is pretty intuitive. You will be happy with the product and the customer service!
The HD lay-flat book is exactly what I was looking for, the quality is really great, looks and feels premium. The price may be high for some but as I just create an annual book I think it's a nice way to collect memories! Also Daniel was always very responsive and helpful with support.
I made a photobook for a customer's special event and I was REALLY nervous about how it would come out since it was my first one. I used the InDesign Template upload. Daniel was incredibly helpful, even giving me some feedback on one of the book covers so it wouldn't look off center. Printing and shipping was crazy quick, which was appreciated since I had a tight turnaround on this project. The customer service was stellar and the end product turned out great. My customer loved it!
The quality of the album was great and I really appreciated the end product. That being said, I had a really hard time with the user interface creating the album. I’m used to sites like Shutterfly that help more with pre-populating the albums or providing more grid lines and templates for the albums.
I had a great experience with FlipChap! The website was easy to use and personalize my album. It was delivered very quickly and was in perfect condition. I was most surprised at the quality of the album. It feels and looks way more expensive than what I paid. The customer service helped make sure my photos were crystal clear, which went above and beyond any other album-creating site I've ever used in the past. Will definitely be ordering another very soon.
