Went into the new store at Tauriko in Tauranga. Usually staff are friendly when it's a new store but not once did any of the three staff members who looked at me and carried on ask if I needed help. Wasn't busy at all. One said hello and walked past me and the other two said nothing. Wanted to buy two shelves but will order online or go to the Auckland store where the staff are helpful. Won't shop here and won't be recommending it.
