am extremely disappointed with Earn2Trade. My account was closed based on an alleged "pending order" left after market close on Feb 12th. However, I am 100% certain that I executed a "Cancel All" command and my terminal showed ZERO working orders before I logged off.
There is a clear synchronization lag between the Rithmic Gateway and Earn2Trade servers. When I challenged this, their support provided inconsistent price data that didn't even match my trading session. It seems the platform failed to transmit the cancellation request to their server, and they are holding the trader responsible for their own technical infrastructure failures.
I have already requested an official Audit Trail from Rithmic to prove this discrepancy. Earn2Trade refuses to conduct a proper manual server-side review and prefers to hide behind automated closure emails.
Trader beware: Your hard work can be wiped out in a second due to a sync glitch that they refuse to investigate fairly. I expect a full investigation and account restoration.
