I purchased an Earn2Trade account on Sunday expecting to start trading immediately, as advertised. However, as of today (Tuesday), I still have not received the market data feed required to operate.
I have already contacted customer support, but the responses have been vague and unhelpful, with no clear timeline or resolution provided. I was simply told that there is no defined timeframe for activation, which is unacceptable for a paid service.
This situation is extremely frustrating, especially because the plan is based on a recurring subscription. I am effectively being charged for days in which I cannot use the service at all. So far, I have already lost 3 full trading days due to this issue, with no compensation or proactive solution offered.
This reflects a serious lack of organization and disregard for customers. When a company sells a service that depends on timely access, delays like this should be handled with urgency and transparency — neither of which has been demonstrated in my experience.
I expect Earn2Trade to take immediate action to resolve this issue, either by granting full access without further delay or by compensating the lost days in my subscription.
At this point, I am highly dissatisfied with the service and strongly reconsidering continuing with this company if the issue is not resolved promptly.
