I've been a user for about three years and typically withdraw only small amounts. Recently, when I tried to withdraw five euros, I was surprised to find out that I had to provide a photo of my ID and take a selfie. This seems excessive for such a small sum, almost like applying for a visa. As a long-term user, this isn't my first encounter with such issues! Regrettably, I feel my money is gone because I won't send my personal documents for such a trivial amount. It appears their goal may be to withhold funds, as most people wouldn't share their private information under these circumstances. I also don't use VPNs or similar tools, in case that's the excuse for not processing my request. P.S: Please don’t ask for my feedback unless you intend to return my hard-earned five euros!
