This company is fraudulent! I caught them pretending to be a well-known airline while attempting to change a ticket name. They kept insisting on refunding the entire ticket and then charging it again. After multiple credit card denials, I became suspicious. Alerts from my credit card company raised red flags, and I noticed the name of the company involved was different from the airline. Thankfully, a representative from my bank resolved the issue for me!
