This company manipulated search results for a major airline. They appeared to have my flight details (or pretended to). I was trying to change a flight for my daughter studying abroad. The 'agent' was polite and assured me of a full credit for the old flight, but the new price was $350 more. After providing my card information, they claimed to send a confirmation email. When I asked them to stay on the line while I checked, they put me on hold and never returned. I later discovered the name associated with the charge was different. Now I’m disputing the charge of $789 with my bank. Truly appalling behavior.
