Unreliable shipping and unresponsive Customer service. I only ordered as it promised delivery before Christmas. (I ordered weeks before Christmas, not a few days.) Chased up a few day prior as tracking was showing “package not found”, no response. Emailed again, no response. I ended up having to write a comment through their website for a reply and finally received a response. I was promised they would look into it, they did not respond after that. Emailed again after Christmas, same response they would look into it and “escalate it” and respond. They did not. Emailed again 2 weeks later to request a refund and amazingly the package (that had been sitting god knows where) turned up, on a weekend no less. I was sceptical about ordering something from IG. Should have trusted my instincts, terrible service, cheap Chinese made product sent direct via snail mail from China, never again.
