I reserved a party bus to take my wedding guests from my chapel to the reception. A total 15 minute ride cost me $200+. Paid $40 for champagne that I was not charged for at first. Told them I was not charged. They said I was charged correctly. Then weeks later they took the $40 off my card without notice. The party bus over heated during the 15 minute ride and broke down. The driver did not know how to work the stereo, so my guests listened to static on a PARTY BUS!!! I reserved a town car to pick me up from the chapel to go to the reception. They never called when they arrived. I had to call to find out they were waiting for me. They showed up in an SUV, not a town car. I was in a huge poofy wedding dress trying to climb up into an SUV and then try to for my dress in it too! Both drivers got lost. They were using their personal cell phones as GPS. So unprofessional! Our SUV driver ended up just giving us her phone because she couldn't work Google maps. HORRIBLE!
