Booked limo transfer from the airport to Caesars Palace. Called Earth Limos when we had collected our bags and was told that the driver was already at the airport. The driver was polite and helpful, there was water available inside the limo, which was very welcome (it would have been nice to have had some champagne or sparkling wine too and would have paid extra if it had been available). The limo itself needed a little attention, the air conditioning vent was broken which needed replacing and there was no music playing, just a crackerly radio you could hardly hear. This was a surprise for our son's 21st birthday and think that the experience could have been enhanced if there was better music playing and more than just water available to drink.
Basically they do what it says on the packet, they turn up and they take you to your hotel, so generally it is a good service but could be made better with attention to detail.
