First of all, there's a lot of false advertisement with the tumeric soap. It's not as orange or as big as being advertised. Bright yellow colour fades off after one or two use leaving a cream/light yellow soap. When my soap arrived, it was all melted and had seeped through the packaging into the delivery envelope so everything was so messy and I was left with much less than half a bar. I sent a review to their website but this was ignored. Regardless of how the soap was delivered, I used it to just give benefit of doubt but its done absolutely nothing! Absolute waste of £14. To think that they'd try to convince you to order more than one but I stuck to my gut and decided to buy one as a trial. The tumeric soap is honestly not recommended! I've been using it for almost a month. My response to the CEO: Unfortunately, I could not find how to respond to your comment so hopefully this would suffice. I reached out to you/your team twice via your website! There was at least three weeks between both. The day after I received my delivery and the day I wrote this review. Till date, I've not had a response. So please don't talk about if you'd reached out...Trust me, if there was a number to call, I'd have called.You say you recognise that skincare is different and results may differ. I don't see you putting this disclaimer in your ads. Your ads are pretty much saying visible results in 30 days. That's what drew me to it.
