I ordered in June; it arrived in September after exchanging at least 50 emails. I placed another order at the beginning of September. After three weeks of silence, I emailed to cancel, and 15 minutes later received a shipping confirmation. It finally reached the post office in late October. I won't order again and am now looking for alternatives. Previously, my orders arrived within three weeks.
