Update: attempted to cancel order but they shipped anyway. Still seems poorly managed but at least they delivered4 weeks without the order shipping and only notification of delay came from me questioning the order after 2 weeks. Found alternatives within the same amount of time. If you can’t ship in a reasonable time don’t take payments
