Excellent product, excellent service. I had two sets of custom ear molds for my in-ear monitors created from casts made by my audiologist. The molds fit and perform perfectly. The materials and fit offer ideal sound isolation and are far more comfortable than using memory foam tips which I had to force into my ear canals.
