Honestly this took way too long. It seemed like i couldn't get ahold of an employee and then was told the molds I sent in had no order #. Ok, so the one on the bag was covered by UPS. But the pic they sent me didnt show the box the molds were in in the package. That had the order # on it. OR the package slip that had thr Order #, address, and instructions, that was also in that package. The molds just werent in an envelope and thats all. They'd have been destroyed! Missed the time frame for it to be the gift I was hoping to give. Now They've switched buds because the ones she had didn't fit so theyre useless... Other than that, Its my understanding they fit at least, and they eventually came in so theres that too.
