Just had my Easee one charger installed… hit our first problem the app displaying a hardware fault, we feared the unit would have to be replaced and would have no means to charge our new car from home. Thankfully Jack managed to deal with the issue remotely and got us up and running the next day so we were finally able to charge our car for the first time! Very relieved and very pleased 😁
