My experience with Easi Fleet was fine with the initial representative when purchasing the vehicle but the issues thereafter have been most concerning. Which I believe is unacceptable from a financial service provider.I have to follow up constantly on important emails sent weeks prior as there is no proactive communication or any ETA or expected resolution provided. Very disappointing and would recommend caution - carefully compare any quotes you receive and agree to with the one they actually send for signing. I have concerns for what I perceive as deceptive marketing practices. Massive discrepancies between my quoted costs compared to my actual costs. It's very misleading and once you've signed that contract, they will make it very difficult for you to amend your lease (which is doable, but it will take them a month and then put your loan into arrears) and payroll deductions, especially if you want to remove an expense. I have notable concerns about their transparency and willingness to adjust anything that won't benefit them as a business.
