I have very fine hair, and the extension needs to wrap around my existing ponytail to work, but the Velcro design makes this impossible due to insufficient hair. Additionally, the Velcro tends to snag both my hair and the extension hair. There was no mention of the Velcro on the website at the time of purchase. Unfortunately, I can't use it at all and can't return it since I've opened it. However, the color match is acceptable.
