They did not uphold to the contract and deliver to their Standard Service. In the beginning they were very polite and professional. Very responsive and quick. Once I signed the contract and they had their payment they completely changed. The move specialist hung up the phone on me when I was asking questions about the delivery and was very rude. They may need to check on their employees because they don’t seem like they are doing okay if that is how they are speaking with a customer. When the movers arrived to deliver they would not move our items to where we wanted them and said they would only leave them in the garage. They wouldn’t even unpack the items listed in their standard services and remove the packing material. Complete scam or spiteful employee that directed the field team not to provide the service in the contract. They already had my money so what do they care. DO NOT RECOMMEND and they should be investigated.
