I was quoted a price based on how much I was moving and where I was moving to. Not by the hour. I was also not charged for getting a quote. You'd be surprised at how many places want you to pay for their time before you start doing business with them. They had a great method to the moving madness, which made things much more efficient. Everything was simplified so not only could I understand the terms, it made more sense. I look at this place as a company that does their best to make sure any stress you have when starting your move doesn't continue.
