I suffered an eye injury due to a lack of PPE. I provided photo evidence and multiple statements from colleagues, yet they gave up and did not advocate for me. Despite having clear evidence, they failed to put together a strong case against the insurance company. Their app was rarely used, and I repeatedly sent documents through it, only to receive emails asking for them again. It was chaotic, and I had to chase them for a month after my case was denied. They were unresponsive and rejected my claim. I would not recommend their services.
They promote a NO WIN, NO FEE policy, but a month before court, I was informed that the barrister doubted our chances of winning. However, if I paid them £710 plus VAT, they would represent me. Unprofessional and feels like a scam. They should not take on clients if they don’t believe in their cases.
