Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Is the meter number the same as that provided on the the bill - no, cause that’s not the case for any customer. No confidence at all or trust. Totally shocking bills - and a monthly standing charge which is ridiculous and has just gone up again. Horrible company. Stratford should be ashamed.
