They were very responsive and even did a Zoom call with us the next day to ensure we were providing the correct measurements. They immediately started making a new jacket for him even before we shipped the first one back (they covered shipping). His second jacket arrived with plenty of time to spare before the wedding and fit much better. Great costumer service and everyone loved our outfits.
