I was backed to a wall, with very little time until my big day. I think I originally contacted them with about a month and a half left until the actual wedding date. I had searched locally, but did not find the wow I had been hoping for. I originally found East Meets Dress on Etsy, but then wanted more information, so I found their website. Their live chat was easy to use and made for communication that was stress-free. They assured me every step of the way through constant communication that my dress was on its way. The dress was made on time and shipped wayyyy in advance of the date, even though it was not coming from close by. I did the measurements and the seamstress emailed me to confirm measurements that seemed off, so that I was assured that I did it properly (because let's all be serious, I'm not a tailor or a seamstress). I am so happy I found them. The dress was very good quality and I got a lot of compliments. I would definitely recommend this company for anyone who can't make it out to Asia to custom their own qipao. I have nothing bad to say about this company. They even sent a follow up thank you afterwards!
