My nephew waited for his 08:12 train from Mansfield 21/11/22 which, as usual, was late. There was no notification to customers about the service, which was cancelled without informing anyone. The train hurtled past without stopping which meant customers had to wait for the next train at 09:12, not great as it was freezing, and still no info for passengers. Then today, the train was approximately 20 minutes late, no apology, no explanation. One train an hour and still this company can't get out right. Pathetic.
