Good service from good company, EMB engineers were prompt, friendly and very professional - serviced our boiler & provided certificate in less than an hour, then came back quickly and with no fuss to correct a small drop which turned out to be a faulty seal. Very responsive office team too, at pains to make sure I was happy with their work. Not so impressed with an online search company called Local Repair who charged me £118 basically just to provide the contact details for EMB … read their small print more carefully than I did before you part with any money!
