Rich came to my rescue last year when my old boiler was on its last legs, and he worked his magic to get it up and running again. This month, the old boiler died and it was time for a new boiler, and once again, Rich and the team at East Midlands Boilers came through for me. Especially due to the fact we have 7 month old and Rich managed to fit us in, which was amazing!Their punctuality is impeccable; they always arrive when they say they will, which is a rarity in the service industry these days.
