Ordered $3,000 worth of shop equipment. Less than 4 hours after placing the order, and days before they shipped it, they lower the price by $100. I requested a refund for the difference or in the alternative cancellation of the unshipped order. Of course they did not reply until days later, and when they did, both requests were denied because of their "policy," which claims that because of their allegedly fast shipping it is impossible to cancel an order after it is placed. Total nonsense. This would have cost Eastwood less than 2% of the order total to make a customer happy, but instead they decided to enforce the literal wording of a policy in a scenario for which it was not intended.I hope Eastwood enjoys the $100 because it was the last dollar they ever get from me. I had to buy a sandblasting cabinet a few weeks later and got it somewhere else.
