Placed an order in March. Watch unavailable. Offered the choice of another watch for the same price. Asked how long the wait time was. Advised 3-4 weeks. Informed them happy to wait. Emailed for an update after approx 6 weeks, no reply, 8 weeks, no reply. Called several times. No answer! Filled in the contact us form, no reply. Nearly £150 out of pocket, no watch, no communication. Will be asking the bank to step in and open a case.Avoid!!!
